Consultancy plans are important as they will provide a guideline on any project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables such as: creative concepts, sales strategy ideas, digital traffic analysis, budget management reports etc. as well as mutual team roles and expectations.

Fees:

We are flexible, however before we engage in any consulting agreement, we will negotiate a fee structure that fits within your budget and requirements. Typically, our fees are based on either a specific project support requirement or on a retainer model where you would have access to ongoing marketing and business development support based on a set monthly fee and hours. We believe in honest billing practices, fair estimates and providing exceptional value. We do not work on a commission basis.
